Why Do You Need A SPF?
Even when it is cloudy outside or if you work indoors, you should be wearing sunscreen daily! How Much Sunscreen Is Reccommended To Apply?
We recommend applying a generous amount - equivalent to one teaspoon, to cover your face, neck and ears 20 minutes before sun exposure. It should then be reapplied every two hours.
