Ultraceuticals offers Free Standard Shipping to the contiguous United States via UPS if the total order value is $100.00 and above. For orders under $100, we charge $10.00 for shipping. To place orders outside mainland US, please contact our Customer Care team.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR WAREHOUSE CLOSURES
Our Warehouse will be closed for the Christmas and New Year period from Tuesday 24th December to Wednesday 25th December and re-opening on Thursday 2nd of January 2025.

All orders placed on this website are encrypted to protect any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Your order will be sent via UPS. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your parcel is dispatched. Please allow approximately 3-7 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. If you have a question about your order, please contact our Customer Care team here
REACTIONS
It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us to speak to one of our skin therapists. If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will exchange the item for another product.
