This broad-spectrum Ultra UV Protective Daily Moisturising SPF50+ Mineral daily moisturizing mineral sunscreen is sheer and ultra-light. It is non-sticky, non-greasy, quick drying & leaves the skin feeling soft & velvety. It protects against UVA & UVB rays, reduces blue light transmission and acts as a free radical barrier to reduce the effects of pollution. Dermatologically tested. Suitable for sensitive skin. Non-comedogenic. Hypoallergenic.

When used daily as directed, this sunscreen helps prevent the signs of premature skin ageing for more youthful-looking & radiant skin. This product is part of the Ultra UV Protective range.

Quantity

Shake well. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply 40 minutes after swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours.

What You Need To Know

These are measured by the time it takes ultraviolet radiation to burn the skin with sunscreen compared to unprotected skin. For example, if skin protected with sunscreen takes 300 seconds to burn, and unprotected skin takes 10 seconds to burn, the sun protection factor is 30.

We recommend applying a generous amount - equivalent to one teaspoon, to cover your face, neck and ears 20 minutes before sun exposure. It should then be reapplied every two hours.

Chemical (non-mineral) sunscreens are absorbed into the skin which then absorbs UV rays, converting the rays into non-damaging heat that then gets released from the body. They are generally thinner in consistency, and more suitable for daily use. Physical sunscreen, on the other hand, sits on top of the skin and deflects the sun’s rays to protect the skin. Both, however, are equally effective in offering protection from the damaging effects of the sun.
